Minimum of 25 members, Maximum of 45. $40 registration fee must accompany forms to be registered. First come first served. Registration deadline is April 15, 2012. 

2012 EastGen 4-H SHOWCASE

June 22^nd, to June 24^th, in Truro, Nova Scotia

Please complete all of the enclosed forms and return them to me by May 1^st. My address is PO PEI 4-H Council, Box 2000, Charlottetown, PE, C1A 7N9. Also, I would ask you to send the registration fee of $110.00 to me by May 1^st , Cheques are to be made payable to the PEI 4-H Council.

I would like to remind members that if they cancel from the program, half the registration fee will be reimbursed until June 1^st ; after which no money will be reimbursed, except in extreme circumstances.
